Inside Sales Representative with German - Prague, Czech Republic

LutherOne is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to multiple our revenues as we’re expanding our business. We are on the fast track to growth & need an increased inflow of quality prospects for our sales teams.

Your main goal will be to navigate various technologies to source & approach as many quality leads as possible, educate and qualify them in order to generate quality prospects for our sales executives.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to boost their sales career within a fast-pacing & exciting software-as-a-service (SaaS) business.




We especially appreciate candidate with English + German language on professional / business level. Other languages are advantage!

Position is based in Prague, Czech Republic and reports to Chief Commercial Officer.


Your job at LutherOne

  • Sourcing, connecting with, qualifying and engaging as many leads as possible through various channels including calls, e-mails & social network
  • Research companies and find contacts / leads across different channels
  • Asking smart questions to qualify the leads, ensuring the right client fit
  • Focusing on capturing a lead’s attention “selling the dream” based on their current business challenges and needs
  • Holding product demonstration calls, sharing personalised videos
  • Handing over of qualified prospects to our sales executives to seal the deal


Your profile

  • You are an excellent communicator, you are confident speaking with CEOs, senior management (such as VPs & directors) as well as HR professionals
  • English + German language on professional / business level. Other languages are advantage!
  • You feed on success but do not get discouraged when things don’t go as desired
  • Your hunger for knowledge & growth keeps you going, you thrive in a fast-pacing and changing environment
  • Navigating various tools at the same time does not make you light-headed
  • Time-management is your forte
  • Prior experience in a similar position is a plus but not required
